Salary: $100,000 to $135,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Define and oversee enterprise proposal strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Manage the Proposal Lead and Proposal Specialist roles, clarifying accountability.
• Oversee structured proposal lifecycle management and ensure adherence to standards.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Operations, and Workforce Solutions leadership to ensure cohesive submissions.
• Champion proposal modernization initiatives, digital tools, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in proposal management, capture management, or strategic business writing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing proposal teams or cross-functional pursuit teams.
