Client Accountant (Fintech)

Salary: $2,500–$3,200 per month

What you will do

• Handle daily transactional coding, invoicing, bill payments, and payroll preparation.
• Perform month-end close procedures, accrual journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Manage and prioritize deadlines across multiple client accounts using Karbon.
• Interact with clients to answer specific questions or request necessary information.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
• Maintain organized records and seek guidance when encountering complex accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience with US-based clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in QBO, Bill.com, Ramp, or Gusto.
• College degree required.
• Must commit exclusively to this role (no other freelance or part-time work).
