What you will do

• Acquire and onboard new merchants across the Mindanao region for POS, QR, and e-wallet payment solutions.
• Maintain strong partnerships to drive transaction growth, retention, and overall merchant satisfaction.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and service agreements aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless merchant integration.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyzing transaction volumes and revenue growth to identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits to strengthen brand presence and track competitor activity.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in business development and account management.
• Proven track record of lead generation and successful client acquisition.
• Knowledge of fiat payment networks and existing client relationships across various industries.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Cagayan De Oro (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese.
