What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and "cheerleader" for clinic members across WA, QLD, and TAS.
• Architect and roll out community initiatives including regional coffee catch-ups and member events.
• Provide strategic business partnership to help members identify and remove operational blockers.
• Drive territory growth and member retention through consistent activity and genuine advocacy.
• Advocate for members internally to ensure their feedback shapes the company's ecosystem.
• Maintain high visibility at industry conferences and within clinic environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Western Australia (WA) or Queensland (QLD).
• Deep knowledge of the aesthetics industry (experience as a clinic owner or Area Manager highly valued).
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and foster community connections.
• Strong understanding of how a healthcare clinic operates and scales.
• Comfortable working toward activity-based performance metrics and commercial KPIs.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without a detailed manual.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a nurse who has started and managed their own clinic.
