Location: Remote (Access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade)

What you will do

• Perform daily system checks and react to automated alerts promptly.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies at the interface between different systems.
• Analyze microservices interaction logs to identify root causes of technical issues.
• Handle and escalate requests from first-level support and compliance teams.
• Address and supplement incident reports generated by monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in level 2 technical support.
• Proven experience working within fintech projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and basic concepts of RDBMS.
• Understanding of web applications and basic blockchain technology.
• English proficiency from B1 level.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and command line.
