What you will do

• Collaborate with IC design, firmware, and test teams to translate customer requirements into product improvements.
• Review customer schematics and layouts for signal-integrity and power-integrity best practices.
• Lead board-level bring-up and validation using high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and VNAs.
• Provide on-site or remote debug support for complex customer technical issues.
• Develop application collateral, including reference designs, layout guidelines, and training materials.
• Participate in trade shows and provide FAE training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of extensive experience in hardware design, applications engineering, or system validation.
• Deep understanding of high-speed SerDes fundamentals (channel loss, jitter, equalization).
• Experience with multi-Gbps serial links such as Ethernet, PCIe, DP, or USB4.
• Proficiency with SI/PI simulation tools and lab equipment (TDR, VNA, BERT).
• Strong skills in high-speed PCB design, including layer stack-up and routing constraints.
