What you will do

• Lead system-level validation strategies and test plan coverage for motherboards and systems.
• Execute rigorous validation tests across hardware, firmware, OS, and performance.
• Perform failure analysis and platform debug using root cause analysis.
• Conduct high-speed signal and power measurements using digital oscilloscopes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve validation efficiency and time-to-market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in validation engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python for workflow automation.
• Experience with hardware testing and validation tools.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and high-speed PCB design.
