What you will do

• Own System IC Architecture to define product concepts and specifications for power semiconductor modules and SiP solutions.
• Develop long-term product and technology roadmaps in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Lead integration of ICs and power semiconductors into advanced packages for AI compute and automotive 48V systems.
• Perform thermal optimization and electrical analysis to meet performance and cost targets.
• Provide strategic insights on state-of-the-art power management and benchmark readiness.
• Report KPIs and project status to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in power semiconductors, packaging, and system-level integration.
• Deep expertise in thermal management, electrical performance, and advanced reliability.
• Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Spectre, PSPICE, HSPICE, or Saber.
• Experience powering high-performance compute SoC platforms, ideally with automotive-grade standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Functional Safety standards (ISO26262 and/or IEC61508).
