What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of talented engineers, building a strong engineering culture and efficient processes.
• Design and build scalable server-side systems, including databases, workloads, and API integrations with 3rd party SDKs.
• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems, designing agent communication and robust pipelines using Claude and other frontier models.
• Develop systems for attribution, marketing metrics, and entity (touchpoint, visitor) measurement.
• Drive the shift toward Agentic Marketing, including autonomous campaign management and AI-generated SEO/AIO content.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a team and leading technical projects end-to-end.
• Strong full-stack engineering background with Node.js and React.
• Deep expertise in server-side development: databases, workloads, ETL, and APIs at scale.
• Experience with Distributed Messaging Systems.
• Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of attribution and funnel performance.

• Hands-on experience building production-ready agentic applications, focusing on agent orchestration and context management.
