What you will do

• Lead architecture and technical direction for strategic enterprise AI initiatives.
• Work directly with large-scale enterprise customers to design and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to coding and engineering team collaboration.
• Drive complex technical decisions regarding scalability, reliability, and system design.
• Influence engineering standards and long-term technical direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Deep experience designing scalable production systems and distributed architectures.
• Proven experience building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments.
• Excellent communication skills for leading technical conversations with engineers and executives.
