TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: 60% remote, 40% in the Milton Keynes office

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Perform testing, debugging, and participate in comprehensive code reviews.
- Drive innovation by optimizing product platforms and managing the decommissioning of technical debt.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Ensure all solutions align with compliance, business standards, and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years as a software engineer, preferably in fintech.
- Technical stack: C#, .NET 4.8, MVC, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Web API, REST, SOAP, WCF API.
- Experience with Azure, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Language: Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into efficient technical solutions.
- Experience leading development projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with .NET 10, Microservices, Blazor, or MAUI.
- Knowledge of Cosmos DB, Containers, App Services, ServiceBus/Queues, and Azure API Management.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines.
- Software Engineering related degree or certifications.
