Developer (.NET)

Location: Hybrid: 60% remote, 40% in the Milton Keynes office

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Perform testing, debugging, and participate in comprehensive code reviews.
• Drive innovation by optimizing product platforms and managing the decommissioning of technical debt.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Ensure all solutions align with compliance, business standards, and strategic goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years as a software engineer, preferably in fintech.
• Technical stack: C#, .NET 4.8, MVC, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Web API, REST, SOAP, WCF API.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Language: Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into efficient technical solutions.
• Experience leading development projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET 10, Microservices, Blazor, or MAUI.
• Knowledge of Cosmos DB, Containers, App Services, ServiceBus/Queues, and Azure API Management.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Software Engineering related degree or certifications.
