Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (60% office, 40% home)

What you will do
- Lead and develop the SEA team through coaching and motivation to reach strategic goals.
- Define and execute a data-driven SEA strategy across all markets and platforms.
- Optimize paid search campaigns, focusing on account structures, bidding, and keyword portfolios.
- Align media and promotional plans with commercial objectives for sustainable growth.
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize reporting KPIs.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing leadership to improve tracking and bidding systems.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in paid search management and leading teams.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and feed optimization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance marketing KPIs and attribution.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion tracking.
- Fluent English proficiency; German is a plus.
