What you will do

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate advertiser acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Create scalable sales frameworks, playbooks, and coverage models for local sales teams.
• Analyze pipeline performance and funnel metrics to identify and optimize growth opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of self-service advertising solutions to support scalable long-tail growth.
• Collaborate with Ad Tech, Product, Campaign Management, and Marketplace teams to align capabilities and measurement standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace, retail media, digital advertising, or growth-focused roles.
• Proven track record in building and scaling commercial models, GTM strategies, or business development initiatives.
• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and retail media growth drivers combined with an analytical mindset.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in international environments and executing complex strategies.
