What you will do

• Lead the Creator Business team to operationalize revenue systems, including monetization analytics, reporting, payouts, and taxes.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical rigor and growth.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to define end-to-end requirements for a scalable platform.
• Navigate complex constraints and high-availability requirements in a high-scale environment.
• Communicate technical trade-offs effectively to non-engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager.
• 8+ years of experience building distributed full-stack systems, including Backend APIs and Frontend applications.
• Proven track record of technical delivery in high-scale, high-availability environments.
• Must have valid United States work authorization (certain visa categories and H-1B sponsorship may not be supported).
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching high-performing teams.
