TL;DR

Focus on building the TikTok presence from scratch, managing the CEO's personal brand, and sourcing cross-functional stories from sales and clinical teams.
Location: On-site in Palo Alto (5 days a week)

is a leading generative AI company in healthcare building a safety-focused LLM platform to transform patient outcomes at a global scale.
What you will do
- Own and run the unified content calendar across LinkedIn (Company and CEO), TikTok, and X.
- Build the company's TikTok presence from the ground up, developing content franchises and partnering with creators.
- Manage the CEO's LinkedIn voice, including creating tone-specific posts and monitoring engagement.
- Source content from sales, customer success, and clinical teams to highlight customer wins and product milestones.
- Design on-brand visual assets using Canva and Figma and edit short-form videos natively on social platforms.
- Track performance across all channels and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of social media experience at a brand, agency, or startup (internships included).
- Native fluency in the mechanics and unwritten rules of LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to distinguish between executive and brand voices.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and mobile video editing tools.
- Experience with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch).
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA (5 days/week).
Nice to have
- Experience launching a TikTok or short-form video channel from scratch.
- Existing relationships with healthcare creators, clinician influencers, or AI commentators.
- Past experience supporting an executive's personal brand.
- Familiarity with regulated or healthcare-adjacent communications.
