• Execute and manage daily shipment orders triggered by customers.
• Book freight with nominated carriers based on specific customer routine guides.
• Coordinate with truckers for the transport of empty and laden containers between depots, customer premises, and ports.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, and other regulatory trade compliance documents.
• Handle Letters of Credit and final shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipping documents to ensure efficient shipment clearance.

Requirements

• Experience in export and import shipment processing.
• Ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders in warehousing and transportation.
• Proficiency in preparing shipping documentation and managing regulatory custom and trade compliance.
