What you will do
- Lead the scheduling function for the Consolidated Contact Center to ensure accurate alignment of resources with operational demand.
- Oversee a team of four Associates responsible for daily schedules, meetings, training, and attendance.
- Optimize service level performance by balancing staffing to meet contractual commitments and minimize costs.
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve workforce processes, tools, and best practices.
- Drive team performance and engagement through coaching, feedback, and formal performance management.
- Resolve escalated issues and support audit readiness through data-informed insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in call center, workforce management, scheduling, or forecasting.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Must reside within 70 miles of Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
- Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must not require support now or in the future.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
- Technical proficiency with workforce management tools and reporting systems.
