What you will do

• Lead the scheduling function for the Consolidated Contact Center to ensure accurate alignment of resources with operational demand.
• Oversee a team of four Associates responsible for daily schedules, meetings, training, and attendance.
• Optimize service level performance by balancing staffing to meet contractual commitments and minimize costs.
• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve workforce processes, tools, and best practices.
• Drive team performance and engagement through coaching, feedback, and formal performance management.
• Resolve escalated issues and support audit readiness through data-informed insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in call center, workforce management, scheduling, or forecasting.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Must reside within 70 miles of Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must not require support now or in the future.
