What you will do

• Manage the AI connector backlog, prioritizing requests based on business value and technical readiness.
• Lead exec-prioritized cross-functional AI build projects from intake through shipping and adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the AI Integrations team, triaging requests and managing support channels.
• Coordinate dependencies and resolve ownership questions across DevX, DevOps, and Product Engineering.
• Run planning, check-in, and reflection cadences to translate roadmap intent into execution visibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Technical Program Management.
• Experience with technical integrations involving APIs, OAuth flows, schemas, and data exchange.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM workflows and agent frameworks (e.g., MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Proven ability to manage intake and prioritization processes, balancing urgent requests with roadmap work.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong written communication skills for producing briefs, launch notes, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience within a developer platform team, IDP, or enterprise integration team.
• Background in Revenue, Finance, or Support Operations.
• Familiarity with AWS application-level services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM).
• Experience with business systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Netsuite, or Snowflake.
