What you will do

• Translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and plans
• Partner with engineering to design reliable, scalable integrations and data flows
• Prioritize competing integration opportunities and requests
• Collaborate with Client Success and Solutions for straightforward implementations
• Lead integration initiatives from discovery through launch and maintenance
• Own roadmap for APIs, connectors, and partner capabilities

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product area or end-to-end platform
• Experience leading projects with technical integrations like inbound data connectors, outbound APIs/webhooks, or ETL pipelines
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineers
• Track record of building scalable solutions, not custom one-offs
• Comfort operating independently and setting strategy for a full product domain
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with healthcare or regulated data systems (e.g., EHRs, FHIR/HL7)
• Experience with external partners or third-party ecosystems
• Experience supporting customer onboarding or implementation workflows
