What you will do

  • Own global GTM for the Data Security Portfolio, translating technical capabilities into value-based messaging for CISOs and CIOs.
  • Develop differentiated narratives and positioning for data discovery, tokenization, DSPM, and PETs.
  • Conduct deep competitive analysis of players like Varonis, BigID, and Wiz to outperform competitors in the market.
  • Orchestrate product launches, define hero use cases, and establish customer proof points for cloud-agnostic encryption.
  • Create sales enablement assets, including battlecards, calculators, and talk tracks, to improve win rates.
  • Collaborate with demand-generation teams to align campaigns with persona-based pain points for Data Privacy Officers and DBAs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise software with 5+ years specifically in cybersecurity or data security product marketing.
  • Proven experience launching or messaging DSPM, discovery/classification, encryption/tokenization, or DLP solutions.
  • Hands-on experience using GenAI or ML-based AI tools in marketing workflows.
  • Expertise in translating complex technical specifications into business value for C-level executives (CISO, CIO, CDO).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for analyst calls and public speaking.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of enabling sales teams to exceed quotas.
