What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the administrative console, aligning with partner growth, efficiency, and retention.
• Develop deep understanding of SMB/Mid-Market IT workflows and translate them into scalable platform features.
• Act as bridge between core technology and Cloud Platform teams to expose new protection capabilities in the console.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify and resolve user experience friction points.
• Partner with Product Marketing on GTM strategies and sales enablement through technical content and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years B2B Product Management experience with at least 3 years strict focus on cybersecurity products (endpoint, network, cloud, or adjacent)
• Experience building products for IT Administrators in SMB and Mid-Market, balancing control and simplicity
• Familiarity with core security controls like DNS filtering, web protection, threat detection
• Proven experience with AI-driven product capabilities
• Track record managing web-based admin consoles, reporting dashboards, user workflows
• Ability to engage engineering on cloud architectures, APIs, data visualization while focusing on business outcomes
• Exceptional communication to explain complex security to non-technical stakeholders
