What you will do

• Lead Data Security domains such as data discovery, access governance, and compliance automation end-to-end.
• Define multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with company strategy to deliver customer value.
• Develop forward-looking capabilities, including AI-powered remediation and Security Posture readiness.
• Collaborate with platform PMs to leverage SaaS and data platform capabilities.
• Expand interoperability with enterprise security tools and productivity suites.
• Manage KPIs including adoption, ARR contribution, and customer risk reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS solutions.
• Previous experience with cybersecurity, data security, or identity governance products.
• Deep knowledge of DSPM capabilities (discovery, classification, governance, remediation).
• Proven success influencing executive stakeholders, analysts, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Poland and able to visit the Kraków office
