What you will do

• Own the 9–12 month strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for complex product surfaces, ensuring clear prioritization.
• Run discovery and structured feedback programs to translate customer pain into crisp problem statements and product briefs.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from PRDs to launch, instrumentation, and iteration in partnership with Engineering and Design.
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, engagement, revenue impact) using data and experiments to refine product direction.
• Serve as the domain expert in customer calls, executive reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Utilize AI tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate research, documentation, and UX exploration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in software, specifically within B2B SaaS or highly technical domains.
• Proven experience working on deeply technical products and collaborating on architecture, scalability, or AI/ML features.
• Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and definition for a product line or multiple complex surfaces.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, dashboards, or SQL to inform decisions in ambiguous spaces.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills to drive alignment with executives and GTM teams.
• Growth mindset and willingness to integrate new AI-native tools and workflows into daily practice.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, security operations, identity, or posture management.
• Prior background as a software engineer, data scientist, or in a similarly technical role.
• Experience with experimentation platforms and advanced data analysis.
• Proficiency with AI-native prototyping tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Figma.
• Experience collaborating with GTM teams on launches, enablement, and customer messaging.
