Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the entire product lifecycle for a new capability, from user research and competitive analysis to final release.
• Create high-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes using AI design tools.
• Define end-to-end user journeys and maintain consistency with the existing product design system.
• Manage a prioritized backlog, writing developer-ready specs with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Establish metric trees and experiment roadmaps to optimize discovery, activation, and repeat use.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to align the product roadmap with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management for live consumer web products with a substantial user base.
• Proven track record of shipping significant new capabilities within existing products.
• Ability to conduct independent user research and behavioral analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in using AI tools to produce build-ready designs and prototypes.
• Strong quantitative skills, including SQL and experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
