What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build and optimize key user flows for web and mobile platforms.
• Drive product growth through data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
• Optimize subscription monetization models to improve revenue.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and design teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to introduce innovative features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling digital products in a B2C environment.
• Hands-on experience with product and marketing analytics tools like Amplitude, Firebase, and AppsFlyer.
• Deep understanding of product metrics, retention strategies, and A/B testing.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong knowledge of Jobs-To-Be-Done and other product methodologies.
