Location: Remote (Philippines)
Company
is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning platform to help banks and fintechs manage fraud and compliance risk.
What you will do
- Act as the first line of technical support, analyzing and resolving customer-reported issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and reproduce problems using SQL queries and Python scripts.
- Debug REST API integrations to identify misconfigurations, errors, or product bugs.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product/Engineering teams to drive resolution of complex issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering within SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and REST API integrations.
- Experience with Cloud technologies.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
Nice to have
- Background in risk management, fraud prevention, or AML systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML SaaS platforms.
- Prior experience supporting customers in fast-growing startups.
- Speaking skills in other South East Asian languages (Thai, Tamil, Malay, Bahasa).
