What you will do

  • Act as the internal champion for the client onboarding process to ensure clear expectations and a successful start.
  • Optimize the client journey by collaborating with customer success, sales, product, and operations teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing a smooth billing and account management experience.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues quickly to reduce client downtime.
  • Contribute to the disruption and innovation of traditionally manual back-office industries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients with a technical service or product.
  • Must be located in the Philippines.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or fast-scaling SME environments.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a pragmatic approach to delivering impact.
