What you will do
- Act as the internal champion for the client onboarding process to ensure clear expectations and a successful start.
- Optimize the client journey by collaborating with customer success, sales, product, and operations teams.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing a smooth billing and account management experience.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues quickly to reduce client downtime.
- Contribute to the disruption and innovation of traditionally manual back-office industries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients with a technical service or product.
- Must be located in the Philippines.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or fast-scaling SME environments.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a pragmatic approach to delivering impact.
