What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey to ensure a tailored and delightful experience.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in client billings, statutory filings, and adherence to Terms & Conditions.
  • Execute workflows to achieve a processing time of less than three business days.
  • Apply expertise in ACRA regulations, the Companies Act 1967, and AML/CFT policies to ensure absolute compliance.
  • Utilize AI-driven automation tools to transition toward a system-driven, efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Corporate Secretary, and Sales teams to resolve client queries and optimize the experience.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in client-facing roles handling sensitive information and complex client matters.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and productivity software.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance (ACRA, AML/CFT) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
