VP, Operations, Financial Strategy & Initiatives (Media): Managing operational finance for the Operations & Technology team with an accent on strategic decision-making and operational optimization. Focus on guiding long-term initiatives, managing capital spend, and partnering with corporate FP&A for budgeting and forecasting.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $200,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Support O&T Leadership in making strategic decisions regarding new technical and operational solutions.
• Align O&T services with corporate strategic initiatives to create financial value through scale and technology.
• Provide operational finance support for live production activities and manage key vendor relationships.
• Track overall operating expenses and allocate capital spend in collaboration with Corporate FP&A.
• Lead the financial reporting, LRP, and budgeting processes for the Operations & Technology organization.
• Manage a team of 8+ finance professionals to deliver core finance responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Prior senior financial management and leadership experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead wide-ranging business initiatives.
• Experience with production, technology, and engineering finance (preferred).
• Knowledge of Capital Project Planning and accounting (preferred).
