TL;DR

hirify.global is creating an intelligence layer for customer experience using AI agents that learn, remember, and act across every customer touchpoint.

What you will do

  • Act as the technical lead within deployment pods for strategic accounts, bridging the gap between customer needs and internal engineering.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers, including integration failures, Zendesk configuration issues, and automation gaps.
  • Develop account-specific automations and integrations that are not supported out-of-the-box.
  • Manage the end-to-end technical onboarding for new accounts to ensure integrations are live and data is flowing.
  • Identify recurring technical patterns across accounts to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Participate in technical scoping during late-stage sales to determine feasibility before contracts are signed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration engineering, or software engineering with a customer-facing component.
  • Strong working knowledge of CX platforms (Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.), including API integrations, webhooks, and automation logic.
  • Practical AI fluency with experience configuring, testing, and iterating on LLM-powered agent behavior.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, e-commerce platform integrations, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers without relying on jargon.
  • Must be based in one of the specified cities (Toronto, Buenos Aires, Kitchener-Waterloo, Mexico City, Montreal, Phoenix, Rio de Janeiro, Salt Lake City, Sao Paolo).
