What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI deployments, from scoping Agentic AI use cases to production stability.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, deploy Generative AI agents, and align with customer stakeholders.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality for timely projects.
• Partner with product team to translate customer needs into roadmap insights.
• Build reusable tools, best practices, and resources to scale the forward deployed engineering function.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; exceptional English for global customer conversations
• Strong technical background (Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science preferred)
• Production-grade Python, SQL, REST API design and integrations
• Excel at problem-solving under pressure, stakeholder relationships, and customer-centric decisions
• Based in São Paulo area, comfortable with travel for in-person meetings

Nice to have

• 4-6 years as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Implementation Specialist in B2B SaaS
• Experience building AI applications in financial services
• Applying statistical/ML models to business problems
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
