What you will do

• Build advanced AI agent workflows using n8n and hirify.global's proprietary platform.
• Design and deploy conversational agents including multi-turn flows, state management, and tool usage.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for high-priority customer implementations from architecture to launch.
• Make architectural decisions across LLM orchestration, RAG design, and API integrations.
• Address real-world voice system challenges including latency, interruptions, and failure recovery.
• Implement comprehensive automated testing, including unit and end-to-end workflow validation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software or automation engineer shipping production systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying voice agents using platforms like ElevenLabs, Retell, or Nextiva.
• Expertise in multi-turn conversation design, state management, and real-time production constraints.
• Deep experience with agentic architectures, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Proficiency with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) and willingness to work in Americas time zones.
