What you will do

• Write and maintain Jira tickets, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog management and create comprehensive requirements documentation.
• Gather and clarify business requirements under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Assist in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and manage scheduling for project meetings.
• Support QA efforts by validating implemented features and documenting defects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Practical familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
