What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding AI-powered tools and their usage.
• Design and deliver training sessions on AI concepts, prompt engineering, and tool application.
• Define and scope AI-powered Business Analyst solutions, including building business cases and ROI analysis.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback to drive continuous improvement of AI tools.
• Develop functional requirements, use cases, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Act as Product Owner throughout the development lifecycle, managing validation and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in senior or lead roles.
• Background in regulated industries such as life sciences, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts.
• Proven track record of building business cases and defining project scope and value.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and experience working with document-heavy workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory dossier workflows, submission processes, or compliance in pharma/chemicals.
• Understanding of AI governance or validation practices in regulated environments.
• Exposure to data or document management platforms like Databricks or SharePoint.
