What you will do

• Design IRT solutions for randomization and drug supply management based on clinical protocols.
• Liaise with clients to gather requirements, handle issues, and provide project status updates.
• Create and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation and technical specifications.
• Manage project schedules, scope, and task assignments for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including plan creation, script development, and client support.
• Provide global system training and post-go-live support to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences or Computer Science.
• 1.5 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be based in Spain or Romania.
