What you will do

• Architect and maintain systems processing over 100,000 calls per day.
• Develop foundational infrastructure using network protocols such as SIP and SIPREC.
• Integrate AI capabilities into low-latency, high-throughput audio processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Perform design and code reviews and provide mentorship to developers of all levels.

Requirements

• Expertise in Golang.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, specifically SIP and SIPREC.
• Proven track record of building and scaling foundational infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing architecture and development.
• Experience running and monitoring REST, WebSockets, Kafka, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebSocket, gRPC, and CockroachDB.
• Experience with real-time audio processing and WebRTC.
