Software Engineer, Reporting & Fee Management

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. Primarily onsite at the city-centre office, with flexibility to work from home when it makes sense. Must already be based in Copenhagen or be ready to relocate.

hirify.global is building a platform for wealth managers, asset managers, family offices, and financial institutions covering portfolio management, reporting, compliance, trading, and client engagement.

What you will do

• Build reporting and fee-management capabilities that transform complex portfolio data and customer requirements into accurate, understandable outputs.
• Work with users and customer-facing colleagues to understand real workflows and identify reusable product needs.
• Develop self-service configuration and AI-assisted workflows with validation, permissions, review steps, and safeguards for untrusted input.
• Investigate issues across data, calculations, configuration, and presentation, delivering observable, testable, and safe permanent solutions.
• Direct AI agents to produce implementation work, critically review their decisions and output, and maintain systems that teammates can understand and extend.

Requirements

• Solid software-engineering judgment.
• Interest in developing product and financial-domain understanding.
• Ability to recognise incorrect assumptions, missing edge cases, weak product decisions, and unsafe production behaviour.
• Ability to lead when appropriate, follow through on commitments, contribute to others' work, and help teammates succeed.
• Must already be based in Copenhagen or be ready to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment reporting, fee calculations, portfolio data, document generation, configurable workflows, or financial software.
• Experience with the exact technology stack is not required.
