AI Video Editor

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; onsite at hirify.global Copenhagen

hirify.global builds a frontline operating system for communications, learning, handbooks, and checklists with built-in AI, used by brands including GAIL's, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers.

What you will do

• Deliver 3–5 video ad creatives per week, each 20–45 seconds long, from provided scripts and clips.
• Build and optimize workflows using Higgsfield, Claude, Hyperframes, Remotion, and Viktor.
• Automate generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, versioning, and resizing so AI handles most of the production work.
• Apply final editorial polish to hooks, pacing, sound, captions, branding, and overall visual quality.
• Test new AI tools weekly and integrate the tools and workflows that improve production speed.
• Collaborate with the Video Producer, who handles camera, microphones, and lighting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Daily hands-on use of AI video tools, Claude, and MCPs.
• Experience with code-based video using Remotion, Hyperframes, or a similar setup, including high-end motion graphics.
• Strong editing skills in color, pacing, rhythm, sound effects, music, hooks, captions, and visual polish.
• Strong attention to detail, good taste, and graphic design skills.
• Ability to identify strong generations, polish them, and edit for the first frame, hook, and conversion.
• Ability to self-correct, identify mistakes early, and work effectively with few revisions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
