What you will do

• Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual IT and operational tasks.
• Operationalize AI tools (copilots, agents) by integrating them into real business workflows.
• Support integrations between core systems to improve data reliability and flow.
• Manage identity, access, and provisioning workflows through automation and system improvements.
• Create documentation and reusable playbooks to help teams adopt automation effectively.
• Ensure governance, monitoring, and error handling for scalable automation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT systems, automation, or a related technical role.
• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Workato, or n8n.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming, specifically Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of APIs and authentication protocols such as OAuth and SAML.
• Experience with core systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or Jira.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
