What you will do

• Lead engineering development of New Energy Systems, specifically focusing on hydrogen-based systems, electrolysis, storage, and fuel cells.
• Drive the technology roadmap from initial concept through demonstration and commercial deployment.
• Evaluate emerging generation technologies for technical performance, safety, scalability, and LCOE.
• Develop and manage stage-gate processes to advance technologies from TRL 4–8 and MRL 4–8.
• Define technical criteria and lead system architecture design, integrating with renewable generation and energy management systems.
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to industrialize energy systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience managing project engineering and delivery for hazardous material facilities.
• 5+ years of experience in teams developing complex and innovative energy solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 33%.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check (E-Verify participant).
