Junior Services Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Maintain and support hardware and software including Apple devices, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, networking, and hardware issues for users.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle process (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), covering onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure IT compliance through policy implementation and security audits.
• Create technical and non-technical documentation and guides for users and administrators.
• Implement system and process improvements to optimize operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support or services role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, computer systems, and the macOS/Apple ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with IAM and MDM tools.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise software and peripherals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Relevant Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management.
• Experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier or n8n.
• Experience with the setup and maintenance of conference room hardware.
