What you will do

• Design and maintain ontologies and data architectures to represent complex healthcare supply chain entities and relationships.
• Develop scalable structures and databases to capture and query structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Integrate graph solutions (RDF, LPG) with other data stores and AI systems.
• Leverage LLMs, Generative AI, and rules engines for data I/O and curation.
• Build software tools and maintainable APIs, including MCP servers, to support knowledge representation needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or data scientist.
• Expertise with Graph query languages (SPARQL, Cypher, Gremlin) and associated Graph Databases.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with AWS cloud resources (S3, EC2, ECS, Lambda) and Docker.
• Experience specifying and creating APIs and microservices.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or hard sciences.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions.
