What you will do
- Design, implement, and validate high-reliability distributed platforms for ML, NLP, and LLMs.
- Create, debug, interpret, and improve production ML and NLP models.
- Build tools and validation processes to translate data insights into scalable actions.
- Leverage commercial and open-source tools for a robust production ML platform.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to deliver real value from the ML/NLP/LLM platform.
- Document, iterate, and provide tutorials for easy adoption by Data Scientists.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Machine Learning Engineering in tech-enabled companies; healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with Python, data science libraries (numpy, pandas, sklearn, tensorflow, pytorch), and deploying Python apps to production.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing and/or LLMs.
- Solid foundation in feature engineering, selection, and ML techniques.
- Experience interpreting, modifying, and debugging production ML/NLP/LLM models.
- Built and refactored complex distributed ML/NLP/LLM systems.
- Scaled impact through mentorship, reusable libraries, and documentation.
