What you will do

• Design and build scalable full-stack products enhancing Eva’s AI interactions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex product experiences from frontend to backend and production workflows.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to integrate AI into user workflows.
• Translate product opportunities into technical plans balancing speed, UX, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build systems connecting app logic, data pipelines, model outputs, and user experiences.
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, and automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years full-stack engineering experience
• Track record leading complex user-facing products across full stack.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, C++ or similar.
• Experience with scalable APIs, backend services, data models, distributed systems.
• Hands-on with cloud (AWS/GCP), DevOps, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Practical AI product development: LLM integrations, model orchestration, RAG.
• Strong product judgment, user-centered approach; startup experience preferred.
