Salary: $285,000 – $372,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level AI pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers, including hiring and performance management.
• Own priority client use cases end-to-end and shape scalable onboarding frameworks.
• Act as a senior thought partner to partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Customer Success teams to resolve product gaps.
• Build and refine team processes and operating rhythms to scale delivery quality.

Requirements

• Background in law from a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment.
• Direct people management experience in a client-facing or delivery environment.
• Experience delivering complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
