What you will do

• Support program planning and execution using PMO best practices.
• Manage risks and dependencies across multiple programs and teams.
• Contribute to the portfolio delivery pipeline from evaluation to successful delivery.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, strategy, scope, and timelines.
• Actively contribute to technical requirements and design conversations.
• Drive continuous cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
• 3+ years of Program, Portfolio, and Process Management experience.
• Combination of technical background and developing leadership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage by influence and synthesize data into structured roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian and Google product suites.
