What you will do

• Lead programs designed to increase adoption and engagement with the hirify.global Rental Ad Manager.
• Coordinate across product, business strategy, and sales teams to shape partner experiences.
• Help partners leverage performance insights, manage listing data, and handle invoicing workflows.
• Build clear program processes, decision-making cadences, and operating mechanisms to reduce risk.
• Drive complex programs from initial concept through to final launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, product strategy, or strategy and operations in technology or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and synthesizing data into recommendations.
• Proven experience designing and evaluating pilots or experiments to drive product growth.
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be located in Mexico.
