Location: Hybrid/Onsite in multiple cities across Europe, CIS, and LATAM; or Remote in Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, and Colombia.

What you will do

• Drive the full lifecycle of 8–10 parallel AI projects from discovery and design to MVP and full-scale production.
• Maintain a holistic portfolio view to identify overlaps and reuse opportunities across shared platforms and data integrations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business sponsors, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
• Refine problem statements and define user workflows to ensure AI tools provide tangible business value.
• Manage governance checkpoints, tracking project progress, risks, and reporting.
• Lead testing and feedback loops during pilots to transition AI tools into sustained institutional use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Ownership managing complex portfolios with multiple workstreams.
• Strong Business Analysis (BA) skills to translate vague business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Experience working in agile environments with the ability to adapt to evolving governance structures.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a mix of internal developers and external vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with AI-specific projects, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, or knowledge management systems.
• Experience working within higher education or complex, research-driven organizational environments.
• Understanding of shared technical dependencies like data lakes and API integrations.
