What you will do

• Lead the full partnership lifecycle from market mapping and prospecting to negotiation and contract signature.
• Build and prioritize a qualified pipeline of B2B prospects across telcos, media, publishing, and financial services.
• Design value propositions and business models including bundles, co-branded offers, and loyalty mechanics.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure deal feasibility and profitability.
• Coordinate pilots and initial launches before handing over to Account Management teams.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify differentiation opportunities for subscription-based content.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships, ideally within digital subscriptions.
• Proven track record of closing complex B2B/B2B2C deals with Tier 1 partners.
• Strong expertise in subscription economics (ARPU, churn, LTV, revenue share).
• Fluent English and French (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations.
• Experience engaging with C-level and VP-level external stakeholders.
