What you will do

• Manage, optimize, and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, Apple Search Ads, and DV360.
• Plan and execute SEA performance, awareness & consideration strategies across multiple countries and markets.
• Analyze Search Query Reports and campaign signals to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards in Looker Studio, while ensuring tracking and data consistency.
• Contribute to testing, reporting, and performance reviews to scale new paid media formats and solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or user acquisition, with strong expertise in Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
• Proven hands-on experience managing significant budgets across Google Ads and other paid acquisition platforms.
• Comfortable with data analysis and performance reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
• Strong business mindset and understanding of how acquisition performance connects to broader company goals.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, to work on international campaigns.

• Experience on app acquisition and mobile measurement partners.
• Experience on other UA channels (Affiliation, ad networks, paid social …)
